Question 1

Who owns the code and intellectual property after we launch?

Accepted Answer

You do — 100%. The moment each milestone is paid, all source code, Figma design files, cloud server credentials, database assets, and intellectual property belong entirely to your company. We push everything directly to your private GitHub or GitLab repository. No licensing fees, no hostage code, and zero vendor lock-in.

Question 2

How does your pricing work — is it fixed-quote or milestone-based?

Accepted Answer

We work on transparent, milestone-based contracts. After an initial discovery call where we understand your requirements and scope, we give you a clear, fixed quote broken down into logical phases (e.g. UX Prototype, Core Backend Build, Client Review, and Final Production Launch). You review and approve each phase before releasing payment. No surprise hourly invoices.

Question 3

Do you write real custom code or just modify WordPress/Shopify templates?

Accepted Answer

We engineer genuine custom software tailored to your specific workflow. For web apps, SaaS, and portals, we build on Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript; for mobile, we use Flutter or native Swift/Kotlin; for business data, high-throughput PostgreSQL and Redis. If a headless Shopify or customized CMS is truly the fastest, most cost-effective path for your business, we'll recommend it honestly instead of overselling custom engineering you don't need.

Question 4

Can you take over or fix a half-finished project from another agency or freelancer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do this regularly. We start with an honest 3-day technical code audit: inspecting the architecture, database schemas, third-party integrations, and security vulnerabilities. We will tell you frankly what can be salvaged, what needs refactoring, and what it will realistically take to launch safely.

Question 5

What happens after launch if something breaks or needs updating?

Accepted Answer

Every project includes a 30 to 60-day complimentary post-launch warranty. If any bug or unexpected behavior pops up, our engineers fix it immediately at zero cost. After that, you can either put us on a flexible monthly maintenance plan for security patches, server monitoring, and feature sprints, or hand it off to your internal developers using our documentation.

Question 6

How much time will our team need to commit during the build?

Accepted Answer

Very little daily hassle. We know you have a business to run. We usually run 1-week or 2-week sprints with one 30-minute weekly video check-in to show working features and collect your feedback. You also get a direct private Slack or WhatsApp channel with your project manager and lead engineer for quick questions.

Question 7

Do you sign an NDA before we share our business idea and workflows?

Accepted Answer

Always. We sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before our first technical deep dive. Your business model, customer data, and operational processes remain strictly confidential.

Question 8

How do your software developers and creative media team collaborate together?

Accepted Answer

They work under the exact same roof in our studio. When we build your web or mobile app, our creative division is already shooting your product video, designing your promotional reels, and establishing your brand guidelines in sync with the engineering team. You don't have to juggle three separate agencies to launch one company.
